Gabbe has studied weather records of the past 10 years and expects a pleasant weather over the weeks to come. But
weather in Maldives is very unpredictable, a peaceful day could get interrupted in matter of minutes. Although that is the fact, the usual weather in late January and February is stable, sailing and windsurfing gets more active during this period.

The event is organised by Atoll Sailor in association with Alia Investment, Haveeru News, GI Drone and other sponsors. There is a support team to ensure his safety during the trip. The Ministry Of Tourism has endorsed the event and will help Atoll Sailor to get necessary permits.
The Ministry of Tourism takes part in the event to celebrate Visit Maldives Year 2016 and to promote tourism awareness among locals, especially the youth community.
