9. Meet & Greet At Airport
We meet and assist all our guests on arrival at the airport. Your name will be displayed when you exit the airrval terminal. If your package includes our VIP Airport Service your name will be displayed at the flight stairs (exit nearest to the cockpit).
10. Pay To Resort
We offer the option to make payment direct to resort. You can book with us and we shall provide a secure link to make payment direct to resort, alternatively you can also do bank transfer.
11. Flexible Payment Options
We require only 25% at the time of reservation. Balance can be split into easy installments. Full payment is usually required when it is 1 or 2 months to arrive.
12. Dietary Requirements
If you have any dietary requirement (such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free) we shall make the best possible arrangement. From our experience we know that some resorts are more flexible for our requests and do better.
