Fast Track VIP Assistance At Male Airport Maldives

On arrival to Maldives airport the host greets you right at the flight stairs, helps you into the waiting limousine or dedicated vehicle that drives away to a luxury lounge located inside the airport terminal. While you are in comfort with drinks and snacks there are immigration officials visiting you to stamp your passport. You are not required to join the regular queue for passport processing, in fact you do not even go there. The host also collects your baggage from the belt and brings them to the lounge for you. In normal weather conditions the airport host awaits you at the steps/stairs of the flight's first exit near the cockpit. This is usually where the passengers of first class and business exit the flight.


Seatings vary in different floors and based on number of guests travelling together. Couples are usually assigned to tables with 2 seats while families are given sofa to accommodate more guests at the assigned table.

VIP Arrival Service

• Meet and greet at flight stairs/steps (airport tarmac).
• Escort to VIP lounge in limousine. If limousine is booked by other guests and is not available, there will be a separate shared vehicle dedicated for all fast track guests. If terminal is just a few steps of walking distance the vehicle may not be used. Method of escort will be confirmed at the time of booking. There is also option to book without limousine, it's cheaper.
• Assist processing the passport at immigration counter while guest is seated in the lounge. VIP guests are not required to join the qeue for passport processing (unless there is an usual problem such as passport authenticity issue).
• Helps collect baggage from belt and brings them to lounge while guest enjoys comfort of the lounge.
• Escort guest to exit to proceed to their destination.
• Free refreshments and snacks available.
• Free Wifi (needless to mention but may be important).
• Lounge service is available for upto 3 hours.
Even if lounge is full we will ensure that our guests have seats reserved.
We also coordinate with your resort and ensure smooth connection to your transfer to resort.

VIP Departure Service

• We coordinate with your resort and assign a staff to assist at the airport.
• Meet and greet at jetty or seaplane arrival point.
• Attach our tags on baggage for identification.
• The airport host collects your passport and baggage, proceeds to checkin at your airport while you are seated comfortably in the lounge.
• You can enjoy free refreshments and snacks. Free wifi is available.
• Once it is time for boarding your host escorts you to waiting vehicle that is shared with other VIPs or dedicated limousine based on your reservation. If the flight is located few steps of walking distance there not be any vehicle involved.
• Lounge service is available for upto 3 hours.
Even if lounge is full we will ensure that our guests have seats reserved.

Price

Please note that this is a limited service based on the capacity of lounge and other facilities. Prior reservation and payment is required. However, we strive to accommodate last minute requests as much as possible. In most cases we are able to serve reservation requests that are received at least 4 hours before to landing, subject to availability. We will need full flight details, passport copies, hotel name and email. After processing the documents, we will send payment request. Once paid we send the confirmation with full detail on receiving and services included under our VIP package.

VIP Service with Limousine
Additional $50 per person. Please note that limousine is available for private jets only. Some of the VIP guests on scheduled airlines are offered with limousine randomly based on availability, there is no extra charge for limousine in such cases as the service is not guaranteed in advance.

Flower bouquet
As a bespoke arrangment to enhanace your airport experience we can organise flower bouquet to be offered in the lounge. We can share the available flower options few days prior to arrival. You choose and make payment, we deliver with utlmost care to retain freshness.


VIP terminal service for arrival and departure are only for tourists, not available for pilot, co-pilot or crew. Immigration clearance for both arrival and departure are usually done by host. You may have to present at the immigration in case the authority requires to do so. If the passenger wants to secure a specific seat in the flight the passenger may do so through online check-in. VIP Service cannot help with flight seating arrangement, booking tickets or hotel. The services are subject to weather conditions, bad weather may cause changes to regular practices. VIP Service is available only at Velana International Airport of Maldives, not available any other international or domestic airport at present.
