if want to visit maldive as visitor and i am somali can i go on arrival or visa requirment

@1044 Yes you can visit as tourist without taking any prior visa as tourists from all countries are eligible for on-arrival tourist visa. You should have at least 6 months in your passport before its expiry, have hotel reservation and should carry voucher with you, some money or credit cards, and return ticket. Do note that people from countries like yours or Nigeria often gets stopped at airport as working in Maldives under tourist visa is not allowed. You may book a 5 star resort or at least a 4 star, that will help prove to officers in airport that yo are coming for tourism and not for work. Thanks
